A Day out with Thomas

On Friday, my mom, dad, Drew and I drove to Rusk, TX to the Texas State Railroad for a Day out with Thomas the Tank Engine! Needless to say, Drew LOVED it. Thomas is his absolute favorite, and his face was priceless as the REAL Thomas pulled up on the track! It was a fantastic day--the drive was beautiful, the weather was perfect, and it was the ideal way to celebrate the day before Drew's third birthday.

If you are wondering about the red under his eyes, he choked on a quarter 2 days before and threw up so much that he burst the blood vessels under his eyes. :( Very scary, but we are just so glad he is okay and it could have been a lot worse. As you can see, it didn't seem to bother him in the least--he had the time of his life!
